COMPLETE SYSTEMS FOR BIOSOLIDS MANAGEMANT & PFAS DESTRUCTION

Dewater

Non thermal dewatering is a standard in municipal & industrial wastewater sludge / cake processes.

SCREW PRESS High % Dry Solids

The most efficient rotary screw press in the industry - to as much as than 25% dry solids

Dehydrate

Electro-kinetic (non-thermal) dehydrating is a technology that can bring sludge / cake to greater than 50% dry solids.

Sludge Dehydrator to greater than 50% Dry Solids

Getting to greater than 50% dry solids is where efficient thermal drying starts.

Pelletized Class "A" biosolids and carbon from WWTP

Process produced SYNGAS used for self sustaining thermal process fuel significantly reduces process costs.

Carbon pellets having a "large surface area" adsorb water and can be infiltrated with soil nutrients.

Creates "Class A" biosolids with zero known pathegens or biochar with zero detectable PFAS
